Job Summary
Ovenfresh is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to expand our Corporate Catering, Corporate Gifting, Bakery Sales, Festive Hampers, and Bulk Order business across Mumbai.
The ideal candidate must have 4–8 years of Corporate/B2B Sales experience with a strong background in the Food Industry and/or FMCG sector. The candidate should possess excellent relationship-building skills, a proven ability to generate new corporate business, and experience managing key corporate accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for Corporate Catering, Corporate Gifting, Bakery Products, Cakes, Festive Hampers, and Bulk Orders.
- Build and maintain relationships with HR, Admin, Procurement, Purchase, and Facilities departments across corporate organizations.
- Conduct regular client visits to maintain relationships, generate repeat business, and identify new sales opportunities.
- Meet prospective clients, present products and services, and convert leads into long-term business accounts.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to quotation submission and order closure.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of orders.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular activity and sales reports.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Corporate Catering Sales, Food Industry Sales, Bakery Sales, Hospitality Sales, FMCG Sales, or Corporate Gifting.
- Mandatory experience in the Food Industry and/or FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Excellent networking and business development skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai for client meetings and business development activities.
