Responsibilities:
· Develop business independently.
· Creation of Market and qualified enquiries (Industrial/Institutional Projects >1Cr each)
· Digital marketing
· Making technical presentation to the clients
· Managing Commercials of the project – Bank Guaranty, Retention amount, TDS, ESI/PF, WC Policy etc.
· Ensuring Customer Satisfaction – during execution
· Billing control and Management, Bill certification
· Payment/outstanding collection
· Project closure, Handover documentation management
MIS:
· Should be hands on in using MIS tools
· Should keep the MIS system updated on a daily basis and be able to retrieve reports as required for discussions
· Information like Customer database, follow up notes, action items and follow up dates etc. should be captured in the ERP system for ease of working.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
