We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer to join our Design team. The candidate will be responsible for developing innovative, visually impactful, and technically feasible 3D concepts for events, exhibitions, brand activations, stages, stalls, kiosks, and other experiential spaces.
The ideal candidate should have strong visualization skills, an understanding of event fabrication and materials, and the ability to transform client briefs into practical designs that can be successfully executed within timelines and budgets.
- Develop creative and innovative 3D concepts based on client briefs and project requirements.
- Design event setups including stages, exhibition booths, stalls, kiosks, branding areas, and experiential spaces.
- Create concepts that balance creativity, functionality, brand identity, and execution feasibility.
- Develop multiple design options where required.
- Create high-quality 3D models, renders, layouts, and design presentations.
- Develop realistic visualizations to communicate design concepts effectively to clients and internal teams.
- Ensure designs accurately reflect client requirements and brand guidelines.
- Prepare design presentations for client pitches and approvals.
- Make design modifications and revisions based on client and internal feedback.
- Work closely with the Business Development (BD), Creative, Production, and Operations teams to understand project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand design expectations and changes.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining design quality and project timelines.
- Collaborate with fabrication and execution teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Ensure designs are practical, structurally feasible, and suitable for on-site execution.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, structures, and fabrication techniques.
- Coordinate with fabrication vendors/teams to understand material and structural feasibility.
- Design within approved project budgets and available resources.
- Identify potential execution challenges during the design stage and provide practical solutions.
- Prepare detailed design files, layouts, drawings, dimensions, and specifications required for execution.
- Maintain organized project files and ensure all design documents are updated.
- Provide accurate drawings and design information to production and fabrication teams.
- Ensure final approved designs are clearly documented for execution.
- Degree/Diploma in Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in event, exhibition, experiential, interior, or spatial design.
- Proficiency in:
- 3ds Max
- SketchUp
- AutoCAD
- V-Ray
- Lumion
- Strong creative thinking and visualization skills.
- Good understanding of event fabrication, materials, structures, and production processes.
- Ability to convert creative concepts into practical and executable designs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to understand dimensions, scale, layouts, and spatial planning.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced event environment.
- Experience in designing corporate events, exhibitions, brand activations, product launches, conferences, and experiential spaces.
- Knowledge of fabrication materials such as MDF, plywood, acrylic, metal, fabric, foam, vinyl, LED, and other event-specific materials.
- Understanding of lighting, branding, signage, stage structures, and event production.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D event/exhibition design work.
