About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities on site.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and prepare site reports.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain safety standards.
- Assist in material planning, quantity verification, and quality control.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience in site execution or construction projects.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
