Job Title: AR Executive
Position Summary
HBox is looking for an AR Executive to manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable activities for our US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services. The role involves claim follow-up, denial management, claim status verification, and payment resolution for Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), Principal Care Management (PCM), and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on insurance claims through Medicare, Availity, commercial payer portals, IVR, and insurance representatives.
- Track claims submitted through Office Ally and maintain claim status
- Investigate unpaid and underpaid claims and ensure timely resolution.
- Analyze and resolve claim denials by submitting corrected claims and appeals.
- Work closely with Billing, Coding, and Operations teams to resolve claim issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of follow-up actions and claim outcomes.
- Ensure timely reimbursement while meeting daily productivity and quality targets.
- Identify recurring denial trends and recommend process improvements.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of US Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management.
- Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up and denial management.
- Knowledge of Medicare and commercial insurance payer processes.
- Familiarity with CMS guidelines, CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, modifiers, LCD/NCD, and CCI edits.
- Experience using Office Ally, Availity, payer portals, and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare AR/RCM.
- Experience with RPM, CCM, PCM, or RTM billing is an added advantage.
- Medical Billing/RCM certification is a plus.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
