We are looking for an experienced Panel Operator for our Cattle Feed Manufacturing Plant. The candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring the plant through the control panel, ensuring smooth production, maintaining quality standards, and achieving daily production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the feed plant through the control panel.
- Control batching, grinding, mixing, pelleting, and packing operations.
- Monitor production parameters and ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or process deviations.
- Maintain production logs, reports, and shift records.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Optimize plant performance and minimize downtime.
Requirements
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Graduate (Technical background preferred).
- Experience: 4–5 years as a Panel Operator in a Cattle Feed, Poultry Feed, or Animal Feed Manufacturing Plant.
- Knowledge of feed manufacturing processes and plant operations.
- Experience in handling automated control systems, PLC, or SCADA will be preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with maintenance teams.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
