We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage HR functions. The candidate should have proven experience in payroll, and HR operations with the ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviews, and onboarding
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
- Conduct induction and employee onboarding programs
- Maintain employee records and HR database
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement
- Handle attendance, leave management, incentives, and reimbursements
- Ensure statutory deductions (PF, ESI, Professional Tax, etc.)
- Support performance appraisal system and employee reviews
- Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues
- Handle exit formalities and disciplinary actions when required
- Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws
Skills Required
- Knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and labour laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
