Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented F&B Captain to supervise restaurant service operations and ensure guests receive excellent dining experiences. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, hospitality experience, and the ability to manage service staff efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily food and beverage service operations
- Lead and coordinate restaurant stewards and service staff
- Welcome guests and ensure high-quality customer service
- Take and manage guest orders accurately
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service flow
- Train and motivate team members
- Monitor table setup, service quality, and staff grooming
- Assist in inventory and stock management when required
Requirements
- High school diploma or hotel management qualification preferred
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality service
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
