Bidevine Research and Finance is expanding its Finance & Accounting team in Jaipur.
We work with businesses across the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Europe, providing bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, financial reporting and related finance support.
We are open to freshers as well as candidates with 1–3 years of accounting experience. We are looking for someone with strong accounting fundamentals who wants to build a career working with international businesses.
You do not need prior experience with Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho Books or other international accounting software. We will train the right person on the systems and workflows we use.
What you will be doing
Depending on your experience and training, your work will include:
- Bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting on softwares.
- Recording and categorising financial transactions.
- Bank and account reconciliations.
- Reconciling Accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintaining accurate accounting records
- Assisting with month-end processes
- Supporting VAT and payroll-related work
- Assisting with financial reports and management accounts
- Working with international accounting softwares and client records
- Identifying discrepancies and escalating issues when something doesn't look right.
Experience with Xero, QuickBooks Online, Zoho Books, Sage, FreeAgent or similar platforms is an advantage, but not essential.
Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
