Sales Director – IT, Plant & Product Engineering - US & EU

We are looking for a seasoned Sales Director to drive revenue growth across IT services, Plant/Manufacturing, and Product Engineering domains. This role will focus on new client acquisition, strategic account growth, and large deal closures, while building strong relationships with global clients and stakeholders.

Drive end-to-end sales strategy across IT, Plant, and Product Engineering services

Lead new business development and achieve revenue and growth targets

Identify and close large, strategic deals across target industries

Build and manage relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers

Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for multiple service lines

Manage the entire sales lifecycle – lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure

Collaborate with presales, delivery, and engineering teams to create tailored solutions

Expand existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell opportunities

Drive global sales initiatives, especially in USA and Europe markets

Track pipeline, forecasting, and revenue performance metrics

Mentor and lead a high-performing sales/business development team

18+ years of experience in sales/business development

Strong experience in IT services, Plant/Manufacturing, and Product Engineering sales

Proven track record of winning large deals and driving revenue growth

Strong exposure to global markets (USA, Europe preferred)

Ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders

Experience managing complex, multi-service sales cycles

Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and presentation skills

Industry experience in Automotive, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or Energy sectors

Exposure to digital transformation, Industry 4.0, IoT, Cloud, AI/ML solutions

Strong network and relationships in target industries

Experience working in offshore-onsite delivery models
