The Sales Officer (SO) is responsible for driving sales and achieving targets by promoting and selling company products or services to potential customers. They will build and maintain strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities-:
- Lead Generation: Proactively find potential customers via field visits, cold calling, referrals, and partnerships with builders/developers.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly/periodic sales targets for home loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), etc..
- Customer Acquisition: Conduct customer meetings, collect loan documents, verify KYC, and perform property visits.
- Loan Processing: Assist with loan application preparation, ensure timely submission, follow up with HO/sanctioning teams, and manage documentation/disbursement processes.
- Customer Services: Provide prompt and best-in-class service to customers.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, regulatory norms, and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
Qualifications & Skills-:
- Education: 12 pass
- Experience: 1-6 years in sales, preferably in Home Loans, NBFCs, or Banking.
- Core Skills: Field Sales, Home Loan Sales, Negotiation, Communication, Goal Orientation, Teamwork.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the local real estate market is a plus.
