About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive business growth, generate new opportunities, and build strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Develop and execute effective business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business.
- Establish connections with industry partners and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Foster long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market insights, pipeline status, and customer feedback.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client Acquisition.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong understanding of market research and lead generation techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Team handling and coordination experience will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- BBA, MBA (Sales & Marketing), or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in B2B sales and corporate client management preferred.
