We are looking for an experienced and passionate Coding Trainer / DSA Mentor to train students in C, C++, Java, Python, Data Structures & Algorithms, Coding Tests, and Technical Interviews.
What the role involves
- Conduct 3 days of training per week
- 1 Offline + 2 Online sessions every week
- 4–5 hours of engagement per day
- Train students in programming fundamentals, DSA and problem-solving
- Prepare students for coding assessments, placement tests and technical interviews
- Conduct coding challenges, mock tests and technical interview sessions
- Mentor students on 1 practical coding project every month
- Track student progress and provide feedback
- Design practical, placement-oriented coding problems and learning interventions
We are looking for someone who
- Has strong command over C, C++, Java and Python
- Has excellent knowledge of DSA and problem-solving
- Can simplify complex technical concepts for students
- Has experience in coding training, software development, competitive programming or technical mentoring
- Understands the requirements of campus placements and entry-level technical interviews
- Is comfortable conducting both online and offline sessions
- Can mentor students through projects and interview preparation
