Partner Sales Manager (Cybersecurity)

We are looking for a Partner Sales Manager who can turn partnerships into a predictable, scalable growth engine.
This is not a relationship management role. This is a revenue ownership role.
What You Will Own
* Own and deliver channel-driven revenue targets with predictable pipeline
* Build and scale a high-performing ecosystem of VARs, MSPs, MSSPs, and System Integrators
* Recruit and activate partners that can generate and close opportunities
* Expand distributor relationships to increase market reach and deal flow
* Drive partner-led pipeline creation and improve conversion across the funnel
* Improve deal velocity, win rates, and overall funnel health
* Enable partners with training, certifications, and sales plays that drive revenue
* Design and execute incentive programs that influence real selling behavior
* Lead co-marketing initiatives and joint GTM programs that generate measurable demand
* Maintain accurate forecasts and strong pipeline visibility
* Ensure CRM discipline, reporting accuracy, and structured sales governance
* Align with distributors on demand planning and execution
What Makes You a Fit
3 to 5 years in IT or cybersecurity sales
2+ years managing partner or channel ecosystems
Strong network across VARs, MSPs, MSSPs, or System Integrators
Experience selling endpoint, XDR, SIEM, or cloud security solutions
Proven ability to drive revenue through partners

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
Work Location: On the road
