- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, and other platforms.
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications, and conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal teams.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools to streamline the hiring process.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
