Job Description: Project Implement Manager
We are seeking a highly dynamic, strategic, and seasoned Project Implement Manager to lead our high-impact initiatives from inception to successful execution. This is a critical leadership role that requires a hands-on professional capable of turning high-level strategies into operational realities. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in managing complex project lifecycles, driving ground-level execution, and leading cross-functional teams with absolute accountability and precision.
Core Responsibilities
- End-to-End Lifecycle Execution: Spearhead the end-to-end implementation of both short-term and long-term projects, seamlessly transitioning them from ground-level zero (conceptualization/inception) to complete, successful final delivery.
- Strategic Planning & Process Design: Formulate, refine, and enforce comprehensive Project Implementation Plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency and quality assurance.
- Timeline Monitoring & Milestone Tracking: Establish strict project timelines, critical paths, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Proactively monitor milestones, identify potential bottlenecks, and deploy corrective actions to ensure projects are delivered strictly on schedule.
- Financial & Budgetary Oversight: Develop, manage, and optimize project budget sheets, ensuring meticulous fund utilization, cost control, and strategic resource allocation.
- Robust Project Monitoring & Leadership: Provide strategic direction and high-caliber leadership to ground teams and field coordinators. Establish rigorous monitoring frameworks to track field progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Public Relations: Serve as the primary liaison for critical project stakeholders, government officials, and community leaders. Deliver top-notch public presentations and represent the organization in high-level forums.
- Comprehensive Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous documentation of all project phases, including progress reports, compliance records, and data-driven insights for executive management and auditors.
Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive Leadership Experience: Demonstrated track record of heavy experience and deep expertise in project execution, preferably within complex, multi-stakeholder, or development/social sector environments.
- Lifecycle Mastery: Proven capability in mobilizing projects from absolute scratch (zero phase) through to institutionalization and final handover.
- Superb Leadership & People Management: Exceptional team-building and monitoring skills, with a proven ability to inspire, manage, and hold diverse, multi-disciplinary teams accountable.
- Advanced Technical Competence: Complete mastery of project management frameworks, budget formulation, financial sheet analysis, and SOP development.
- Elite Communication & Public Speaking: Top-notch verbal and written communication skills. The candidate must be highly articulate, with the confidence to lead public speaking engagements, pitch to stakeholders, and draft executive-level reports.
- Impeccable Time Management: Superior organizational skills with a laser focus on timeline monitoring, multitasking, and thriving under high-pressure deadlines.

- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
