Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising front office operations, ensuring seamless guest services, managing reservations and check-in/check-out processes, and utilizing IDS PMS to maintain efficient hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily front office activities and guest service operations
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and room allocations using IDS PMS
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and service recovery effectively
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance departments
- Monitor room inventory, occupancy, and front office reports
- Train and guide front office staff on service standards and IDS PMS usage
- Ensure adherence to hotel SOPs, policies, and hospitality standards
- Prepare daily reports, shift handovers, and operational documentation
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of IDS PMS
- Excellent guest relations and customer service skills
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Qualification & Experience:
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in Front Office operations
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in hotels, resorts, or hospitality properties
- Knowledge of reservations, billing, room management, and guest handling
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
