Currently we are hiring for a full time Customer Relationship Executive to our company.
Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Receiving inbound calls from customers to address inquiries, complaints, or support issues.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Providing information about products and services to customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Identifying sales opportunities and converting leads into sales.
- Updating and maintaining customer information in the database.
- Reporting customer feedback and suggestions to the management team.
- Preparing and submitting daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
office location : Thiruvalla
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
