- Maintain day-to-day accounting for construction projects
- Record project expenses, material costs, and labor payments
- Prepare bills, invoices, and payment vouchers
- Handle contractor, supplier, and vendor accounts
- Manage site-wise and project-wise accounts
- Track budgets and monitor project costs
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Coordinate with site engineers for expense verification
- Maintain cash, bank, and petty cash records
