We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our pharmaceutical team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to doctors, clinics, pharmacies, distributors, and potential customers to promote pharmaceutical products, generate leads, and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and distributors.
- Explain company products and services effectively over calls.
- Generate leads and follow up on inquiries and sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for customer support.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, pharmaceutical sales support, or related fields.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and medical terminology is preferred.
- Ability to convince and engage customers over phone calls.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Graduate in any discipline; candidates from pharmacy or life sciences background will be preferred.
