Job Summary
Tarini Edifice Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to manage the complete bid lifecycle for Government and Enterprise projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in tender management, proposal preparation, and bid submissions through GeM, CPPP, Odisha e-Procurement, and other e-tendering portals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate tender opportunities through GeM, CPPP, Odisha e-Procurement, and other government procurement portals.
- Review RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and tender documents to assess eligibility and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and submit technical, commercial, and financial proposals within stipulated deadlines.
- Coordinate with technical, finance, legal, and management teams for bid preparation and approvals.
- Ensure all bid documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with tender requirements.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and respond to tender clarifications.
- Maintain bid documentation, proposal templates, and submission records.
- Track tender status and support contract award and execution processes.
- Monitor upcoming tender opportunities and maintain a bid pipeline.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Government and Enterprise tendering processes.
- Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, Odisha e-Procurement, and similar e-tendering platforms.
- Excellent proposal writing, documentation, and compliance management skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate or MBA.
- 4–7 years of experience in Bid Management, Proposal Management, Presales, or Tender Management.
- Experience in the IT industry and Government tendering is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
