We are hiring a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with 5 to 8 years of experience in the Travel Domain. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with travel agencies and hands on expertise in GDS platforms such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Travelport. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver effective technology solutions. You should have a solid understanding of travel operations including reservations, ticketing, EMD, exchanges, refunds, pricing, fare quotes, and NDC implementations. Experience with API integrations, API mapping, SQL, JSON, and XML is essential. The candidate will be responsible for creating business documents such as BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and use cases while supporting the complete software development lifecycle. Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills are required. This is a full time opportunity with 3 open positions. Bangalore is the preferred location, however Pan India candidates are also welcome to apply.
