- Basic knowledge of Windows OS (software installation, updates, and system settings)
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS)
- Basic hardware troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook configuration and Excel)
- Basic printer setup and configuration
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a technical support environment
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
