We are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and patient-focused General Dentist to join our dental clinic. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to independently handle routine dental procedures while ensuring a comfortable experience for every patient.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct dental consultations, examinations, and diagnosis.
- Perform routine dental procedures including scaling, polishing, fillings, extractions, and restorations.
- Develop appropriate treatment plans based on patients' dental needs.
- Handle emergency dental cases when required.
- Educate patients about oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Ensure proper sterilization and infection-control protocols are followed.
- Coordinate with specialists when advanced or specialized treatment is required.
- Build strong and professional relationships with patients.
- Maintain high standards of clinical care and patient experience.
Requirements
- BDS degree from a recognized dental college/university.
- Valid registration with the Dental Council of India / respective State Dental Council.
- 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred; freshers with strong clinical skills may also apply.
- Good knowledge of general dentistry and basic dental procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient-friendly attitude and professional behavior.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a dental team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
