We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with expertise in residential and commercial construction projects to support project planning, estimation, and cost control activities.
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor with hands-on experience in quantity estimation, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation for residential and commercial luxury interior construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project execution with the ability to manage project quantity management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a detailed measurement sheet of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for residential and commercial construction projects.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and estimate project material, labor, and execution costs.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents for accurate estimation.
- Prepare cost estimates.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, procurement teams, and project managers.
- Verify contractor bills, subcontractor.
- Track variations, change orders, and additional scope costs.
- Maintain project documentation and cost records.
- Ensure compliance with construction standards and project timelines.
- Support procurement planning and material quantity forecasting.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3–4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Hands-on experience in both residential and commercial construction & interior projects.
- Strong expertise in preparation and measurement sheets & BOQ’s.
- Understanding of construction methodologies, estimation techniques, and material calculations.

Pay: ₹29,500.39 - ₹40,000.34 per month
