We are looking for a confident, personable, and proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) to strengthen our relationships with patients, referring doctors, corporate clients, institutions, and the community.
As the face of Bawa Hospital outside the clinical environment, you will play a key role in promoting our services, building partnerships, coordinating outreach activities, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, referring doctors, corporates, TPAs, insurance companies, and community organizations.
- Promote Bawa Hospital's specialties, health packages, and medical services to the community.
- Visit clinics, diagnostic centres, corporates, industries, schools, NGOs, and other organizations to develop referral networks.
- Coordinate health camps, awareness programs, corporate wellness initiatives, and community outreach activities.
- Welcome and assist VIP patients, corporate clients, and special visitors.
- Address patient concerns and coordinate with hospital departments to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Digital Marketing teams for promotional campaigns and brand-building activities.
- Support doctors during public events, seminars, and health awareness sessions.
- Maintain records of referral sources, outreach activities, and business development initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on outreach activities, partnerships, and referral performance.
We're Looking for Someone Who Has
- 2–5 years of experience in Public Relations, Business Development, Healthcare Marketing, Hospital Liaison, Corporate Relations, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- A professional, confident, and approachable personality.
- Willingness to travel locally for business development and community engagement.
- Good organizational and presentation skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, CRM).
