EOSGlobe is seeking a creative, tech‑savvy Content Writer who can craft compelling narratives across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will combine storytelling skills with an AI‑first mindset, producing content that resonates with clients, prospects, and employees while positioning EOSGlobe as a leader in AI‑driven BPM transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation
- Write blogs, articles, case studies, whitepapers, and thought‑leadership pieces.
- Develop engaging copy for social media, websites, and marketing collateral.
- AI‑Driven Content Innovation
- Leverage AI tools for ideation, drafting, and optimization.
- Experiment with new formats (interactive content, conversational AI scripts, micro‑content).
- SEO & Digital Alignment
- Optimize content for search engines and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure visibility and lead generation.
- Brand Voice & Consistency
- Maintain EOSGlobe’s brand tone across all communication channels.
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns with impactful messaging.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with design, social media, and marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years in content writing, preferably in BPM/IT or service industries.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong writing and editing skills with a flair for storytelling.
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, etc.) for content creation.
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and digital content strategies.
- Ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and platforms.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and new‑age content formats.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
