Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager for handling Industrial & Mineral product sales in the Nagpur region. The candidate should possess strong B2B sales expertise, market knowledge, and the ability to develop long-term business relationships with industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for industrial mineral products in assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field visits, networking, and client references.
- Manage and expand relationships with existing B2B customers including industries, manufacturers, and distributors.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets with consistent revenue growth.
- Conduct product presentations, commercial negotiations, and order closures.
- Coordinate with dispatch, logistics, and operations teams for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience of 8–10 years in Industrial / Mineral / B2B sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of industrial market dynamics in and around Nagpur region.
- Ability to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
- Self-motivated with target-oriented approach.
