We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to attend customers at our kitchen appliances Store. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be able to assist customers with product inquiries, sales, and service requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable kitchen appliances or services.
- Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers.
- Register customer service requests and coordinate with the service team.
- Handle billing, payments, and invoice generation.
- Answer phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on pending orders or service requests.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and customer-friendly.
- Assist in achieving daily sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi (Punjabi and basic English are an advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/POS/Billing software).
- Positive attitude and excellent customer handling skills.
- Honest, punctual, and willing to learn.
