Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Prepare menu items (sandwiches, appetizers, and snacks) following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Signature Offerings: Assist in the assembly and plating of signature desserts, including cheesecakes and cone-based products.
- Beverage Support: Support the barista team with specialty beverage prep, such as thickshakes and lattes, when required.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of kitchen ingredients and notify the manager of shortages; ensure proper "First In, First Out" (FIFO) rotation.
- Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a sanitized workstation; adhere strictly to food safety regulations and deep-cleaning schedules for kitchen equipment.
- Efficiency: Manage multiple orders simultaneously during peak hours without compromising quality or plating aesthetics.
