Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams and clients, track project progress, prepare reports, and ensure projects are delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor project activities.
Prepare project schedules, reports, and documentation.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Track project progress and follow up on pending tasks.
Organize meetings and maintain meeting minutes (MoM).
Ensure projects are completed within deadlines.
Identify project risks and escalate issues when required.
Maintain project records and documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (MBA/BBA/Engineering or equivalent).
1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, or MS Project) is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,924.15 - ₹20,000.00 per month
