Job Title: Key Account Manager – Aesthetics & Corporate Sales
Location: Saket , New Delhi
Employment Type: Full-time , 9am to 6 pm (Monday to Saturday)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager with a strong background in the aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry. The ideal candidate will have experience working with leading organizations such as VLCC or similar brands and possess a proven track record in managing corporate accounts, driving sales, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage key corporate accounts to achieve sales and business growth targets.
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients within the aesthetics, beauty, wellness, and healthcare sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Create and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and exceptional service delivery.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and account performance reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in Key Account Management, Corporate Sales, or Business Development.
- Prior experience in the aesthetics, beauty, cosmetic, wellness, or dermatology industry is mandatory.
- Experience working with VLCC or a similar aesthetics/wellness organization will be highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of corporate account management and B2B sales.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple key accounts.
