Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SRC Mentor – Operations to mentor and guide students through practical learning and skill development in the field of Operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Mentor and guide students in Operations-related practical activities.
* Provide practical exposure to business operations and processes.
* Support students in developing professional, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
* Conduct practical learning and skill development activities.
* Guide students in applying their knowledge to real-world business situations.
* Support students in developing workplace readiness and professional discipline.
Requirements
* Master’s in Operations, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
* Relevant industry or mentoring experience preferred.
* Good knowledge of business operations and processes.
* Strong communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to guide and motivate students.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
