Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research and identify relevant women YouTubers and fashion creators for brand collaborations
2. Shortlist influencers aligned with Rangita's aesthetic and target audience
3. Reach out to influencers via email, Instagram.
4. Coordinate collaboration discussions, deliverables, timelines, and pricing
5. Maintain influencer databases and track communication status
6. Assist in campaign planning for YouTube integrations, reels, and styling videos
7. Ensure creators follow brand guidelines and content requirements
8. Coordinate product dispatches and collect creator details
9. Track campaign performance, views, engagement, and content delivery
10. Stay updated on fashion, YouTube, and influencer marketing trends
11. Support the marketing team with influencer reports and campaign insights
