Sales Executive: Job description
Overview
Customer Inquiry Acceptance & Analysis, Customer Inquiry Handling, Quotation Submission, Quotation Follow-Up, Sales Order Processing, Customer Satisfaction, Close coordination with Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Accept, analyze and execute all inquiries (all channels, Email, Co. WhatsApp etc) as per Customer needs & requirements by issuing Quotations, ensuring no inquiries go pending/ completion of reverts to customers on the same day as per guidelines set.
- Responsible for increasing Quotation Conversation Ratio by doing Quotation follow-up.
- Handling existing inquiries effectively to the maximum satisfaction of customers & also responsible for New Business Generation & Servicing existing customers.
- Responsible for Customer KYC, and keeping Customer Code up to date
- Closely coordinating supervisor for price approval and Quotation release in a timely manner.
- Further processing Quotation to Sales Orders, and ensuring proper SO Booking in accordance with Offer & Purchase Order received.
- Closely Coordinating with supervisor to get the SO released in system.
- Customer Communication Management, Email Management using proper email etiquette and responding over other channels Eg. Company WhatsApp as well.
- Supporting the team with insights and customer feedback to improve services, sales.
- Responsible for resolving customer complaints and ensure customer delight.
- Take regular feedback from customers regarding products and services offered by the company.
- Understanding customer’s inquiries for certain Product/ Brand / Business Segment.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree (BSc, BA, BCom), Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical, 1-2 Years Similar Work Experience, Good Communication Skills, Adept at using Computer Business Systems
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
