- Plan, schedule, and execute HVAC projects, including installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for project execution.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and technical documents to ensure compliance.
- Monitor project progress and prepare reports on project status, budgets, and timelines.
- Supervise site work, including subcontractor management and quality inspections.
- Ensure adherence to industry codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Prepare material requisitions and manage procurement in coordination with the purchase team.
- Handle project documentation, including work permits, checklists, and handover documents.
- Troubleshoot site-related issues and resolve them with minimal downtime.
- Support cost control and optimization throughout the project lifecycle.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
