The Jewellery Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service within the retail jewellery showroom while reporting to the Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Manager. The role involves welcoming customers, understanding their preferences, recommending suitable jewellery, demonstrating products by explaining their features, quality, pricing, certifications, and value, and ensuring a seamless sales experience from product selection to payment processing. The executive is expected to address customer inquiries promptly, resolve concerns professionally, and build long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals. The position requires maintaining comprehensive knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, gold, and other precious metals, educating customers on jewellery care and authenticity, and staying updated with market trends and new product launches. The Jewellery Sales Executive is responsible for achieving assigned monthly sales targets, preparing and submitting daily sales reports, supporting promotional campaigns, and contributing to overall business growth. Additional responsibilities include maintaining stock levels, participating in inventory verification, assisting with stock replenishment, ensuring attractive visual merchandising, and keeping all displayed jewellery clean, polished, and presentable. The role also involves contacting customers regarding new collections, exclusive offers, and promotions, following up after sales to ensure customer satisfaction, assisting in daily showroom operations including opening and closing procedures, maintaining showroom cleanliness and organization, and handling documentation related to sales, warranties, exchanges, and repairs. The ideal candidate should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification, with a Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field being an added advantage, along with 1–2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the jewellery or luxury retail sector. Strong communication, interpersonal, sales, negotiation, customer service, problem-solving, teamwork, and time management skills are essential, while knowledge of jewellery and gemstones, proficiency in Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office applications, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach are highly desirable. The candidate must also be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and special events, be capable of standing for extended periods, and maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company standards.
Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
