Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights that support business decisions. You will work closely with different teams to create reports, dashboards, and data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
- Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
- Perform data cleaning and transformation using Excel, SQL, or Python.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate business reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Present analytical findings to stakeholders with clear visualizations.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Charts)
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau
- Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) is preferred.
- Understanding of data cleaning, data visualization, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant projects are welcome to apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in Data Analytics, MIS, or Business Intelligence is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL.
- Knowledge of ETL processes.
- Familiarity with business reporting and KPI dashboards.
- Experience with CRM or ERP data is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹13,050.00 - ₹30,760.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Delhi
