Job Summary:
Responsible for leading the Human Resources function, managing talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, statutory compliance, performance management, and organizational development for the electronics manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall HR strategy and operations for the manufacturing facility
- Manage recruitment, manpower planning, onboarding, and retention initiatives
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary matters
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, Factory Act, and statutory regulations
- Drive performance management, training, and employee development programs
- Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR budgeting
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices
- Foster employee engagement and a positive workplace culture
- Support management with workforce planning and organizational development
- Lead and mentor the HR team
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor legislation
- Experience in Industrial Relations (IR) and statutory compliance
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Qualification & Experience:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred
- 10–15+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum 5 years in a senior HR leadership role
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, electrical equipment, consumer electronics, EMS, automotive electronics, or industrial manufacturing
- Strong exposure to Industrial Relations (IR), Factory Act compliance, labor law compliance, workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance management
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
