Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen, pantry, and service areas.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and cookware.
- Ensure proper storage of kitchen equipment and supplies.
- Assist kitchen and service staff with operational requirements as needed.
- Dispose of waste and maintain cleanliness of garbage disposal areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Support the team during events, banquets, and peak business hours.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
