Business Transformation Manager Role snapshot-

· Travel: Based in India with travel to KSA and project locations across the Middle East up to 30 percent, heavier travel during the first 90 days.

Role purpose
Own business demand intake and translate business outcomes into clear scope, requirements, process design, and measurable value. Ensure the right problems are solved before delivery starts.
Key responsibilities
· Run a single intake process for business demands, ensuring each request has a clear business owner, objective, and benefit hypothesis.
· Facilitate workshops with business leaders and super users to capture current state and future state processes.
· Produce high-quality requirement documents, process maps, and acceptance criteria that are testable and traceable.
· Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Security to ensure solutions comply with group standards and controls.
· Support prioritization with the PMO and Strategy & Planning using value, risk, compliance, and dependency scoring.
· Define success metrics and support value tracking for key initiatives during hypercare and run transition.
Success outcomes in first 90 days
· Establish a Demand ingestion process with business case evaluation, Collaboration with EA, Cybersecurity, Applications, Business Analysis, UI/UX to produce clear recommendation, coordination with Solution Architect (IT/Digital).
· All major initiatives have an approved scope and acceptance criteria before build starts.
· Reduced scope creep and fewer late surprises during UAT and go live.
· Business stakeholders aligned process ownership and decision rights.
· SDLC participation at critical gates to ensure that the end-state is aligned with business.
Skills and qualifications
· 15 years in business analysis, process transformation, or enterprise applications delivery.
· Strong Engineering-Procurement-Constructions (EPC) domain exposure across projects, procurement, finance, and project controls preferred.
· Hands on experience in requirements management and fit gap for Oracle Fusion ERP and enterprise platforms.
· Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive communication.
Pay: Up to ₹5,000,000.00 per year
