You will be responsible for generating new customers, meeting dealers, distributors, workshops, factories, retailers, and industrial clients, and converting leads into sales.
There are no complicated KPIs—your performance is measured by the business you generate.
Responsibilities
- Generate new sales and business opportunities.
- Visit potential customers in your assigned territory.
- Develop dealers and distributors.
- Convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Maintain customer relationships and generate repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Experience in field sales, B2B sales, FMCG, automobile, lubricants, industrial products, chemicals, or any direct sales role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.
- Willing to travel for client meetings.
- Freshers with excellent sales confidence are also welcome.
