About the Role
Malu Healthcare is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced E-commerce Accountant to manage accounting operations related to online sales platforms and banking transactions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of bank reconciliation, e-commerce payment reconciliation, GST, and daily accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliation and payment gateway reconciliation
- Reconcile transactions from e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
- Verify settlements, refunds, deductions, commissions, and chargebacks
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ledger entries
- Handle GST entries, invoices, and taxation-related documentation
- Prepare MIS reports, sales reports, and reconciliation statements
- Coordinate with banks, payment gateways, and internal teams for discrepancy resolution
- Manage accounts payable and receivable activities
- Ensure timely bookkeeping and monthly closing activities
- Support audits and financial reporting requirements
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation and e-commerce accounting
- Familiarity with Amazon, Flipkart, Razorpay, Paytm, Shopify, or similar platforms
- Good understanding of GST and TDS
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- B.Com / M.Com preferred
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in accounting or e-commerce reconciliation
Salary
- Competitive salary based on experience and skills
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
