Responsibilities:
Academic Operations
- Improving the program by balancing formal and informal learning experiences
- Preparing and following the Academic year schedules for IPE Boards, IIT JEE, NEET and EAPCET
Student Success
- Teaching the subject from concept to application
- QP preparation, invigilation, evaluation and result submissions to the office
- Analysing previous years’ QPs and discussing exam strategies with students
- Identifying toppers and struggling students to design appropriate study plans
- Collaborating with other subject teachers for the student’s success
- Being available for PTMs and providing positive and realistic feedback
College Success
- Initiating, attending and contributing to subject meetings and monthly meetings
- Accompany and support students during field trips and summer programs
Personal Success
- Maintain healthy teacher feedback scores
- Maintain a positive culture among the team
- Learn constantly and upgrade as a professional
Competencies Required
- Strong command over the subject
- Should possess excellent teaching and mentoring abilities, strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.
- He / She should be a postgraduate in M. Sc Chemistry
- A minimum of 6 years of teaching experience
- Good at mentoring students and enhancing their skill
- Excellent intrapersonal and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate towards students
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
