The team
Deloitte's Government & Public Services practice supports multi-state government programs through strategic planning, performance monitoring, and program management to enable effective implementation in selective States across North, East and West zones.
Your work profile
We are looking for a Program Monitoring & Coordination Expert with 10+ years of experience in managing and monitoring large-scale government programs across selective States as mentioned below.
Key skills required:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, planning, implementation frameworks, monitoring, dashboard analysis, and data analytics in government sector
- Experience managing multi-state government programs is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Power BI/Tableau, Excel, and MS Office.
Qualifications:
- MBA from a recognized university.
- Preference will be given to candidates with B.Tech. or equivalent degree.
Location and Way of Working:
- Opportunities available across these States at Headquarters in the following zones: (i) North (Delhi, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, UT of Jammu & Kashmir, UT of Ladakh), (ii) East (Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura, West Bengal) and (iii) West (Gujarat)
