Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business / Franchise Development Executive to manage inbound franchise leads, coordinate with Franchise India, close franchise & retail partnership deals, and maintain structured follow-ups and reports.
The role is target-driven and requires strong communication, coordination, and sales follow-through.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Handling & Sales
- Respond to inbound franchise & retail partner enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, email, Instagram, website leads)
- Explain franchise business model, investment, ROI, and benefits
- Follow up with prospects and close franchise / retail partner sales
- Schedule calls, video meetings, and experience center visits
Franchise India Coordination
- Coordinate regularly with Franchise India team
- Track lead allocation, status, follow-ups, and conversions
- Ensure timely feedback, documentation, and escalation when required
Retail Partner Development
- Identify and onboard retail partners / addon business partners
- Pitch franchise or scanner-based retail models
- Support partners through onboarding and documentation
CRM, Records & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of:
- Leads received
- Follow-ups done
- Meetings conducted
- Deals closed / lost
- Prepare and submit:
- Daily activity report
- Weekly performance & pipeline report
- Update CRM / Excel trackers regularly

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
