Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Success Executive who will be responsible for maintaining MIS reports, client communication, and feedback management. The role involves strong coordination with internal teams and direct reporting to directors and management while ensuring positive client engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update MIS reports and customer data accurately.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
- Use Microsoft Excel efficiently for data management, tracking, and analysis.
- Conduct cold calling with existing clients to collect feedback, reviews, and ratings.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address client concerns or queries.
- Share customer insights and reports directly with directors and senior management.
- Track customer satisfaction levels and support initiatives to improve client experience.
- Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy for management decision-making.
Required Skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (MIS reporting, data management, formulas, etc.).
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to perform cold calling and follow-ups with clients.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle data reporting responsibilities.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, MIS reporting, client coordination, orsimilar role.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
