Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Mobilization Manager/Coordinator who can independently handle student and trainee mobilization activities for our training and skill-development programs.
This role requires strong communication, networking, coordination, and management skills, along with the ability to work independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage and execute student and trainee mobilization activities.
- Visit colleges, ITIs, polytechnic institutes, training centres, and other educational institutions for student mobilization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with college management, placement officers, faculty members, TPOs, and academic coordinators.
- Identify and establish connections with new colleges and institutions for mobilization activities.
- Coordinate with colleges for seminars, workshops, campus visits, orientation programs, and student registration.
- Generate and maintain a database of potential students and trainees.
- Plan and execute regular field visits to achieve assigned mobilization targets.
- Take complete ownership of assigned locations and mobilization targets.
- Prepare regular reports on field visits, student interactions, leads, registrations, and conversions.
Required Experience or Skills
- Must have relevant experience in student mobilization, field mobilization, academic counselling, student outreach, education sales, skill development, or a similar role.
- Prior experience working with colleges, ITIs, polytechnic institutes, universities, or training institutions will be highly preferred.
- Candidates with an existing network/connection with colleges and educational institutions will be preferred.
- Experience in independently handling mobilization activities and achieving targets will be an advantage.

- Can manage student outreach from lead generation to registration.
- Takes ownership of targets and delivers results without constant supervision.
- Has strong relationship-management and networking abilities.
- Is energetic, proactive, and comfortable interacting with students, faculty, and college management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
