Job Description:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Explain products and offers to customers clearly
- Follow up with leads and existing customers
- Maintain customer records and update call details
- Support the sales and customer service team in daily operations
- Build positive relationships with customers through effective communication
Qualification:
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Any degree or diploma can apply
- Good communication skills in Tamil & English
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
