Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining company services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and answer incoming inquiries.
- Explain company services and provide accurate information to customers.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for visa counsellors or managers.
- Maintain proper follow-up with clients through calls and messages.
- Update customer details and call records in the system.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the counselling and sales team for client conversion.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM, etc.).
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Positive attitude and professional behavior.
- Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English communication preferred.
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
